HERE IS A VIDEO OF THE MOUNTAIN BIKING FUN -

Strength: 8/10 this is because when i participated in mountain biking i felt that i could do uphill and downhill very easily and keep control of the bike whilst doing so. My other reason for this is because when i needed to help people and give them a push in the back i could do this very easily and it helped others.

Weaknesses: I could have stayed on the bike throughout the mountain biking as i did step off on two occasions because of the uphill being a difficult task which is something i could have tried to complete with more effort.
